LOL!

I didn't want to rebound from HP. Twilight is great, but it was the little things in HP that made it great. Dumbledore's silliness & wisdom, silly candies, fireworks that spell "POO"...

But for me, this was the first real romance type books I have ever liked. And usually I'm not into vampires either (much too classy for my taste), but I soon got over that! HAHAHA!

LIFE, life will happen; life will go on... but there will always be a little apple shaped part of my heart missing. It will be perfect to go along with the Snitch shaped one... :P

Yes! We will have the movies!!

But what happens when it is completely over? Do we keep coming here? I'm sure we will have made lots of friends by then. Or do we just fade away? It's so sad to think about the ending. :(

Stephenie will have written more books by then, probably :)

I agree, hopefully we've got Steph and her talents for a LONG time!

But I also like the "lalalala can't hear you lalalala!" I don't want to think about it now either. Let's just enjoy the ride for as long as we can.

:)

I'm with you on this one. I think Steph will keep books coming for a while and I for one will read anything Steph writes.

I'm not even going to think about what happens when...

I'm just going to enjoy now, obsessing over books that I love, discussing them with fabulous people on TMs, and making new friends.
:D

Wait for the DVD to come out! Then wait for the "Collectors Edition" to come out..then watch it on Pay Per View...and then...

Chiming in with the other Potter heads~

I have been following the Potter series since the first book hit the shelves, did the book parties, oh yes the Potter conventions donning full character regalia ( I often went as Draco, Lupin or Madeye Moody). I saw the live bands, waited in the ridiculously long lines at the box office on opening nights with every film (in costume) and sat on the sidewalks of Hollywood at midnight waiting for the next book to grace my hands. All of this and I STILL collect HP film prop replicas, have tons of clothing, costumes, broomsticks & custom wands. Some of my best friends are Potter collectors and cosplayers.
It's been a wild, wonderful and very, very memorable road with the Potter series, but I am excited to welcome a new group of characters into my fantasy family now that the Cullens have tapped my shoulder. I am sure that not unlike Potter, Twilight mania will truly hit full force when the first film is released, gaining the series countless new fans and end with a BANG! leaving all the original fans still wanting more. Let's hope that the films turn out amazing, the next book does as well and we all enjoy the ride while it lasts. Make new friends, make new memories and hang on tight. Edward's Volvo goes pretty fast and it only gets better kids. :)
