I live an a heavily wooded part of the country. The other day I was driving home through the national forest, looking for Edward in the trees. Had to shake myself and remind myself that he's fictional..... sigh....

I was stuck in traffic, when I noticed there is an SUV called the Yukon that has a Denali model. I thought, now why isn't that in the books?

To get to know a new neighbor I suggested she read the Twilight series. I didn't know her name until later - Jane and she talked in the same low whisper as Jane of the Volturi and her dog's name was Bella!

Of course she's hooked now!

OK, here's a funny one! My 13 year old daughter and I are always searching out videos and interviews and we replay them over and over again! Well, this one interview with Rob talks about how the fans did not like him at first (crazy delusional fans!), and Rob makes a comment "If I was a little girl I would have done the same thing and said "WHAT?!".

In that second when he says "WHAT?!", the outsides of his eyebrows goes up, and his entire body gets into it!

Well we laughed so hard that we had to keep playing it. My 2 year old son, the sponge that he is, started going around saying "WHAT?!" and taking his fingers to pull up his eyebrows! If I didn't explain it well enough, check out the video clip here (around :58 seconds) http://www.mtv.com/overdrive/?id=1590891&vid=256870

We haven't watched that video clip in at least a month, but my son still does it all the time. Poor DH has no idea what his son is doing, but me and all 3 of my kids just start cracking up laughing everytime he does it!

 Thank you for posting that link! I hadn't seen it before, he looks so funny when he says "WHAT??". Too cute.

I just happened to mention Twilight to my boss (a big reader) yesterday. Just casual. No big deal.

She FREAKED out. Said she'd read all three (pre-BD) in July, but didn't mention is because she was afraid of being made fun of for reading YA books and that she got up early to get BD when it came out. LOL

We sat and squealed over MS and the trailers for an hour.

I live in the countryside and I found myself looking at the trees on the hillside today wondering if

A) There'd be enough wildlife to feed a vampire in there and
B) How long it would take Edward to run the length of the hillside!!

I am definitely losing it!

ROFL!!!! I live in Binghamton...you are so right! I think we must run a close 3rd or 4th to Forks for the least number of sunny days/year. The Cullens would be very happy here!

Since we moved across country, we haven't met too many of the neighbors yet. Well, we met the ones behind us today, and their last name is Edwards!

No kidding! I graduated from Vestal High School (though I'm not a snob). When my sister was reading New Moon I told her, "call me when you find out where the Cullen's really went." and she called my laughing. The next time I'm up there I think I'll make a stop in Ithaca...

I love when i wear my Twilight shirts and people stop and talk to me about Twilight. Its always nice to meet new people who are as obsessed as i am :) Last night i went out to eat with my husband & I wore my Lion & Lamb shirt with the entire quote on it. The hostess stopped me when we walked in and started talking Twilight with me! My poor husband just rolled his eyes, like he wasn't really even shocked anymore. LOL
