WOW!

So ForeverBitten, CaliCat and I were camping out for a while with a bunch of other Twilight fans. We find out around 1pm that unless you have a ticket to the actual awards show there is no way you will get to see anyone. =( Well, we just happened to get tickets!

They let us in the theater but still told us that we probably wouldn't be able to se any red carpet stuff. We were in the nosebleed seats so we had to wait behind this big black tarp until they moved it out of the way before we could climb the stairs to our seats. So we are waiting and realize that just outside the huge glass doors we are smushed up against is the red (it was actually yellow) carpet!! So we are waiting in the hot hot heat and then guess who were the first people to walk in?! Robert and Kristen! Robert looked SO good, he had on his sunglasses and a nice black shirt, black pants, gray blazer combo and Kristen had a little black number on. We couldn't take any pictures though. Anyway, we saw who we came to see and didn't think anything else would happen so we watched a few more stars walk the carpet (The Rock, John Voight, Will Smith, Carson Daily) it was pretty cool.

Then we go to our seats and soon after the show starts so we start looking for Rob and Kristen in the audience. We thought we saw them but it ended up being just some other people. Then ForeverBitten spots Robert walking up some stairs to go into the lobby. We called a couple girls that we had met earlier and told them to go hunt him down. They call us back about 15 minutes later and they found Rob and had been taking to him that whole time! We were so excited for them and then she calls us back about 5 minutes later and tells us that he is in the lobby. So the three of us take off. We got dirty looks since we got up during the show. We're speed walking through the place trying to find the lobby and then we spot him!

He is standing there with a friend having a beer and talking so we approach him and we all start talking a bit. Rob saw our TM shirts and said we are "like the mafia, like an organization". He is so dreamy and a lot taller than I realized. Anyway, I was hinting at Calicat to ask for a picture because I was too shy to ask and then his friend asked if we wanted one! So we pose with him and take a couple pictures. Then we talked some more and another Twilightmom, Marisa, came up in her TeamEdward chearleader outfit and asked Rob to sign it. While he was doing that I snuck a couple pictures but I was nervous and shaking so much that they came out blurry Then his friend pulls him away to go back into the show.

The show was almost over so we just waited by where he had gone in to see if he would come out from there when he was done. A bit later I spotted him in the crowd and we ran over to him and took some more pictures and talked a little bit. Then his friend pulled him away again.

We tried to linger around to see if anything else would happen but we kept getting pushed to the exits. Then we saw Cam walk by! We called for him but I don't think he heard and then he went into the restroom and we got told to leave. So that's it, it was so amazing!

ahhhhhh! those are freakin amazing! I love how the TM's were able represent at the show for us. How the heck were you able to get tix?

Rob arived with Kristen but by the time we went out and met him he said that Kristen had already left.

Kristen was there with her boyfriend, Michael. I didn't even recognize him, he had a lot of... scruff!

...and oh yeah...it definately looks like he did not get his chest waxed. I can't believe you girls weren't able to talk your way into the after party!

No we tried to get into the after party but they were very strict about it. We got to see the party from afar though!

It was right outside the theater.

I was looking for you guys all morning and I didn't see you! I'm sorry!

So yeah, I feel REALLY bad that everyone camped out there and didn't even get to see the stars!!! I was afraid something like that would happen, so I hadn't decided whether or not I was going to go. I decided if I could get tickets to the event, I would go...that way if I didn't get to see my Twilight actors, at least I'd get to attend a fun show! So I call Amanda and see if she wants to go, and she's like...heck ya! Foreverbitten asks me to get her a ticket too, so we all were on our way to the event.

There was a fire at Universal Studios today, so it was REALLY hard to get in! It took me 1 1/2 hours to get there, but FINALLY, around 2pm, I was there! (hooray!)

The TMs had just learned that they would not be able to watch the red carpet event. It was really sucky, cuz alot of them had been there all day, and stayed up for HOURS making really cool signs. I feel so bad for them!

But we were there with our tickets, so...hooray!

So as Amanda said, we were in the nosebleed section. The amphitheatre wasn't actually that big, so even the nosebleed section was not far off. You still had a great view!

Earlier we had met two girls who were in love with Robert....LOL! Seriously. We exchanged numbers in case one of us got lucky. It paid off!!! We saw him leaving and alerted them....they found him, and alerted us....Woohoo! So we walk in the lobby, and sure enough! There's Rob! Drinking a beer, and looking FINE as can be!!!!! So we wave a shy little wave to him, and he tells us to come on over. We chat with him...he was very chatty. I suspect the beer makes him a little more social. So we chat for quite a while! Take some pics, foreverbitten gets an autograph. It was great!!!!! We were complimenting his acting skills, and he smiled a most beautiful smile and says, "Wow. You're good. That's so nice of you to say!"

I know what you're thinking, and yes. It is true. He loves me. *sigh* It's too bad I'm taken for. Our love was never meant to be. hehe!

There was another TM who we'd met earlier, who comes running out at the last minute b4 Rob leaves. She's wearing a cheerleader outfit that says "Team Edward" (or something...) He signs her shirt, being very gentleman-like and not touching her boobs! She takes a pic with him pretending to air smooch him...although I don't think he noticed...but it was cute nonetheless! Then we chatted a little more....and he's whisked away by the other guy who's with him...which was okay. We had spent our share of time with him!

So we're happy as can be....and the show is almost over, so we decide to stay in the lobby...and who comes walking out at the end of the show? Yes. Our Robert. Again. So we got more pics. Chatted a little more. The other girls got some more signatures...but people were leaving, so a crowd quickly noticed the attention Robert was getting. So then people started asking for pics who didn't even know who he was! One lady was like, "Hey...it's Cedric!" Amanda was like...."That's Robert Pattinson!" ...and Rob says to her, "She doesn't know anything.." (or something to that effect.)

It was great! We got to meet a lot of other actors, and see some more for afar! Cam was there too, but sadly, we did not get to meet him. Since he had just won an award, he wasn't lingering in the hallway like the other stars...probably cuz he was more popular, I assume. The huge actors like Mike Meyers, Adam Sandler, Tom Cruise, Will Ferrell...none of them lingered around either.

Oooh, but we saw Mini-me!!!!!

It was good times.....good times!
