Time Stamp

I am trying to correct my time stamp, but i can't seem to figure it out. Which GMT would I choose for Pacific Standard time?

Hmmm...mine says 2:05 but it's 3:05 here. Could that be from the time change, perhaps?

Ok, just changed it to GMT-7 and it's good now.
