Hehe...I'd say we should start a petition to request it, but that sounds a little pushy, especially considering all that SM has on her plate right now. Maybe just an open letter...hmm, let me try.

Dear Stephenie (aka Goddess of the Written Word),

We come forward groveling in abject supplication to ask you to consider, at some point, when you have the time, writing a few key scenes from post Twilight books in Edward's POV, specifically the reunion scene between him and Bella in Italy and posting them on your site.

We, your unworthy fans, would be ever so grateful for this, and in return, I myself promise to hardly ever harass you about the release date for Midnight Sun. (Wait, scratch that last - I can't bring myself to lie that shamelessly.) OK, revision...we promise to hardly ever harass you about writing future Twilight books after Breaking Dawn.
(Nope, another complete lie...never mind! My letter sucks...anyone else want to try?)

Edward does mention keeping Bella safe has become a full time job...but we really haven't seen that much from his perspective...there has to be things she isn't aware of.

Yes, Stephenie, please take pity on us and put us out of our misery. We promise a lifetime of servitude and anything else you want (as long as it doesn't interfer with us taking care of our own families.) Dang . . . I suck at this too!

I am with you on this one. I think its a good possibility he did.

Ohh I think that may be possible too. I would love for his brothers to join him in going back there after them!

I think it would be fun to read but I just don't see Edward doing it.

So many key scenes I would love to see through Edward's eyes. Through ALL of the books. But we may just have to make do with MS, I know it is like 3/4 done. Didn't Rob read most of it? I recall him mentioning it in an interview.

Rob said that but I don't think he realized how long the book was going to be. SM just said a week ago that it was ONLY half done. Sad

Really? Only half done?! =( I thought it was practically finished! (I don't know WHY I thought that) Ohhhhh words cannot describe how badly I want to read the entire story from Edwards point of view.

It is going to be so amazing!! I can't wait to read it. But since I am going to half too, I guess I will just continue to pour over the other books and get my fix that way. Smile

Yeah, but after BD comes out SM said it was the next thing to finish. I can't wait but I just know that it will be awesome! So I'm really trying to be patient. Sometimes. . . other times I want it so bad that I can taste Edward, I mean the book, yes I can taste the book. Embarassed

I think everyone does an awful lot of chasing around when Bella is running away with Alice and Jasper.

I never thought anything EXCEPT that Rosalie, Jasper and Emmett wanted Edward to kill Bella in Twilight. If she is that suspicious of them, and that curious as to what they are, they probably figure she's close to knowing the truth about them. They'd have figured she had to die. That might have been foreshadowing for the Volturi, after all. To them the end probably justified the means.
