I need some tech help because i'm incredibly slow. A pm would be best.

I'm trying to take a signature I made...add text that fades in, hyperlink it. and so on. Will explain further to anyone who has some spare time and patience for a slowby like me =)

My signature is huge because there is a bunch of space between the line and where the picture actually begins. How do I fix this? Confused
