My friend found some where, that in New Moon, the first time Bella crashed her bike, that SM said that Sam pulled it of Bella, before Jacob showed up. And we want to talk about Sam, too.

I am usually up to date on her q&a's I have read and reread them. Along with all the extra info posted at the Lex and Twilights(old)Myspace group, and her website. I have never ran across anything that says this. The Twilight myspace unfortunately had to close down. it was at 30k plus members and was out of control.

It is plausible since at the time Jacob wasn't a wolf, and I am sure they were secretly watching him. I still don't have my books, but if I remember correctly she heard some nosies that could point to the werewolves.

I never heard that before. I wonder how that could happen, I mean she was riding with Jacob.

I've never heard that, but before Jacob changed, he was still really strong, and Bella said that it was surprising how he could throw around the motorcycles like he did.

I completely forgot about the growling noises....so much to revamp--there is always something...despite the fact that I've read/listened to the books 5+ times! You'd think one of these days I would know all the details! Confused

After the accident isn't Bella try to lift her head and she couldn't? I always wondered what was holding her down. At first I wanted it to be Edward, but I never thought that he was really back. I knew once he said he would be leaving that is what he would do.

The bike was on top of her and then it wasn't.

Ok, I just found this in NM, pg. 187.

"I was dizzy and confused. It sounded like there were three things snarling--the bike over me, the voice in my head, and something else... (ok, here I think it is Jacob's motorcycle, because the next sentence says) "Bella!" Jacob yelled, and I heard the roar of the other bike cut off." (then the next part in this natural sequence is) "The motorcycle no longer pinned me to the ground, and I rolled over to breathe. All the growling went silent."

So, I think that the third growling was Jacob's motorcycle racing towards her, the motorcycle cut off as Jacob got to her, then he took the motorcycle off of her.
