Hi there,

I hope someone will be able to help me. I'm getting married next year and I had seen this quote ina magazine that was from wuthering heights. I broke down in tears just reading it, but I can't remember what it was. I know it was describing how 2 people have now become one. I know I'll need to read the novel again it's been so many years. Just hoping someone who really does knwo it can help me. Thanks:D

From chapther 9:
" . . . he's more myself than I am. Whatever our souls are made of, his and mine are the same, and Linton's is as different as a moonbeam from lightning, or frost from fire."

and later:
Nelly, I am Heathcliff — he's always, always in my mind — not as a pleasure, any more than I am always a pleasure to myself — but as my own being — so, don't talk of our separation again — it is impracticable.

Hope this helps :)
