I collect books. I have at least 3 bookshelves in every room of my 6 bedroom house. I even have them on the stairway landing. And then around my ceiling. I could open a freaking library.

I used to collect Ty beanie babies, but they started to get on my nerves.

I have a collection of Harry Potter merchandise including wizard chess, a time turner, wands and other stuff.

I collect vintage purses, antique clocks, vintage chairs, vintage pyrex bowls. Will look for any excuse to collect something new. Need more money, though!

I collect first edition books, unique/unusual dog figurines (shar-pei mainly), rooster pitchers (for my kitchen), unusual picture frames (for pictures of my babies) and quilts (antique and new). I've had other phases but these are the ones I've always held on to.

OH boy, I collect a lot of different stuff. DH calls it crap.

I have Kokeshi dolls, teacups/saucers, not in the traditional sense, I kind of put them together, Japanese teacups do not come with saucers, so I used the dipping saucers, Tea pots, Marine Corps figurines/items, thimbles, and shot glasses, coins/money from different countries, challenge coins ( got from Pres Bush, not personally though), spoons, kimonos, rubber stamps, scrapbook paper and autographs, just to name a few.

I have tons of books. I love collecting books. My Great Grandfather started a book store in Utah that's still there. My grandmother has given me a lot of old books that are out of print. That's what started my collection for books. That and scrapbooks! lol.
