Pretty Welcomes and Smilies

I've noticed quite a few of you ladies welcoming the newborns with pretty welcomes and such...and I'm wondering how?

Do you have them all saved in something like photobucket or do you use something like smileycentral (which I've tried to use and I just can't get it right)

I made the Twilight mom one. But the others I use, I searched photo bucket for Welcome and then saved a few into my album.

I went to Photobucket and looked under Welcome but then how do I use it when I post??

you click on the IMG code box and it will automatically copy it for you and then you past it in the post.
