This was recommended by a TM and trust me it's worth
the read. I was up until 2am finishing it

I Hate Myself For Loving You [4161407] by halojones.

Rated M - PM for link.

Bella's ready to bust out of her shell in college with roomie
Alice. She meets the dazzling but rakish Edward, but is warned
of his less than angelic ways. Will Bella & Alice be just another
notch in the belt for Jasper & Edward, or will they teach the boys
a lesson or two?

ME TOO! Do you know how sad it is to stay up until 4 am reading fan fics? There's one that I'm in love with right now that I've checked for updates 4 times today! :D I need therapy. Twilight is SO a drug!

You have to go and read anything by Lindaroo and her accomplices -- so funny, you'll wet your pants. They are silly but well written and because of that are even more funny. I especially love the stories about Jasper (can't get enough Jasper!). Roo is awesome (and so are her accomplices, Marcy and Blondie -- sorry for any others I have missed!)!!!

I love the chapter on Mike Newton's pov in Edward in PE -- so stinkin' funny.

You gotta try them!

Lets just say Im glad Edward didnt plan a trip back to Italy. This story explains so much. I cant wait to see what SM puts bella's power as in BD..

READ IT!!! My heart flutterd a little.

I read this today and I have to give my opinion. NO!!! The story line is so not in character AT ALL with the books, the author comes up with an entirely different group of abusive mythical creatures and then tries to tie it into a Bella/Edward story in 8 short chapters where at one point Bella is in a human hospital with ribs missing and her vertebrae shattered and then three days later is walking on a beach in Hawaii?! Um, NO!

I am not the author. I find it to be truly moving on a deep emotional level. I would heartily recommend it for anyone looking for truly soul searching fanfiction.

I love the fanfict "Foundations, by Ferrin Landry." The author's page says she is in law school, so hopefully we'll have more frequent updates in May when the semester ends. I have seen her review the story "The Way Back," by caracol (also an amazing sequel to an amazing story), so I know she's still around. I agree that "Foundations" is a great story, and I can't wait to see how it turns out. She's also written "Fated" and "Saying Goodbye," both excellent, but unfinished. I hope she finishes these stories.

The Puppet Master By Glitch in the System

Rated T

This is my favorite fanfic! The author maintains the original characters, while adding in her own twists that blend so well with the storyline. It's a story all on it's own, very original, but it belongs with the series! Very well written! I begged the author to let me post it on here and she was happy to say yes! So, now lets give her the thousands of reviews she deserves!

Thanks again to kiwi girl for moving it to the right spot!

You guys have some great fics recommended here! I've got some reading to do...

In the mean time, I've finally posted a teaser to my upcoming story, Dark Side of the Moon. It will be New Moon from Edward's POV. Check it out on:

And keep rec'ing fics - I'll add them to the list \/

I am not sure if this is a rec so much as a "hey have you read this?" but I started reading Twice in a Lifetime Singer and it's heartbreaking. It's very emotionally driven and played into one of my secret fears about Bella vamping - that Edward really loves her human frailty. I am not sure where Flamingo is going with it, but it's been a ride.

I can rec, without any reservations, a cute one-shot, Explicit Images. Edward overhears Jessica criticizing Bella after gym class. Very cute, and I love protective Edward.

For Kiwi, who was looking for some Alice and Jasper stuff, check this one out:

Believe It, Beloved. What did Alice & Jasper do while Bella was asleep in that Phoenix hotel room? Alice is anxious and he’ll do anything to calm her down. A one shot set during that troubled time in Twilight because we can never get enough Alice & Jazz love. Can we? Huh? I didn't think so.

To me, Eclipse kind of ended abruptly, and if you want to know how Edward and Bella explored all the stuff they went through in that book, you should read this, because it really helps you understand their feelings for each other, and what really was going on with Jake. More than 600 positive reviews can't be wrong and you won't be sorry. Check it out:

http://www.fanfiction.net/s/4059449/1/B ... ver_Mankas

Blue Moon Over Manka’s: Edward whisks Bella away for three days alone in a ROMANTIC mountain cabin. But wherever Bella goes, danger follows and complications ensue. We get romantic Edward and insecure Bella. They finally talk about all their issues HONESTLY, including Jacob. Can they handle the truth? Totally in cannon, follows the characters and plots, set the week after Eclipse. (Not about the wedding and changing; lots of romantic moments to take you from Eclipse to Breaking Dawn).

AAA! I just read this... all 61 chapters (through Bella's cliffdiving in New Moon) in TEN HOURS. It is that good. I can't wait for more!!

I have two I'd like to recommend at the moment...

Alice is our very own sideadde's version of Midnight Sun/Twilight told from Alice's point of view. She just nails Alice and the other characters. It's such a great interpretation and it really helps ease my pain over possibly not getting all of the real deal. http://www.fanfiction.net/s/4185814/1/

Innocent Vigilant Ordinary by Oxymoronic is a twist on Twilight - in this version, Edward is the new student and Bella has been involved with Jacob for about a year. There seems to be a lot of AU Twilight stories around but this one really stands out - it is brilliantly written, very clever and touching. http://www.fanfiction.net/s/4399727/1/I ... t_Ordinary

TM StephDC recommended one of Riniel o Imladris' stories to me, and you must check out her Metamorphosis: http://www.fanfiction.net/s/4551648/1/Metamorphosis
It is BD from Edward's POV, starting while he waits for Bella to change. Only 2 chapters right now, but I think if we gave her some TM lovin' (reviews!!) she would continue it, since she just updated on the 21st. Really well written-- could be SM in disguise!

Seducing Ms Swan - Rialle
Their Singer - Sarah Jayne

Both available on Twilighted.Net

Oh. My. Lord. I just read the most breathtakingly beautiful story ever. It is set after Breaking Dawn, and involves all of our favorite characters. It centers on Nessie and Jacob's imprinting and its aftereffects for the werewolves and the Cullens-- but draws everyone into a thrilling, heart-wrenching journey. All of the characters stay true to themselves, and it is pretty much exactly what I would expect of SM herself. It is rated M, but it really is more like a T... (there's not really anything more than is in the books themselves, way less racy than almost all of the M stuff out there).

It is called "Fade Away" and is written by Danielle18.
BUT in keeping with the TwiMoms rules, I can't post the link here. PM me and I will be more than happy to send you a link, it is a crime not to share it!!
