I love reading everyone's cute Valentine's stories! Plus...getting ideas for next year isn't bad either! Id like to hear what everyone did/recieved for Valentines!

Here's what I did:

I hung red lights in the canopy over our bed and set out all kinds of stuff for my mister...he deserves to be spoiled! I got his favorite from Cafe Rio! Made chocolate covered strawberries which were absolutely amazing...and set out Matinelli and candy along with the Armani cologne I got him. Then I lit a few candles in every room and had at least 15 burning in the bedroom.

It was really romantic and he felt so spoiled! He's so cute! AND! He got me REAL PEARLS! Not only did he get me real pearls but he didnt know if he should get me black or white...so he got me two sets! Necklace and earrings!!! He's such a sweetheart! He's my Edward...

I HATE YOU!!!! Sorry Just sort of Kidding.

I spent my day at home cleaning and reading the TM forum non-stop. I got up to cook dinner right as my husband called and told me he was going to take me to eat chinese and that he had not gotten me anything so he was going to take me to the book store to get a few books. So I got our son dressed and I threw on a Pair of Jeans and A black band t-shirt and some chucks. He got home and cleaned up and we left and when we got to the Chinese resturant they were packed (of course it is V-day) so he changes his mind and says we are going to his fav pace to eat. This place is much more fancy and I was way under dressed and had no make-up on plus it was a seafood place and I HATE SEAFOOD except for shrimp. The place has really good food but it is super expensive and we are poor to put it bluntly. I ordered Shrimp and Grits, and my son had to go potty. When we went to the restroom someone had thrown-up in the trshcan so it was hard for me to eat after that. I took most of my food home.

Because after waiting about an hour to be seated and 30 min for our food and he was so full he was ready to go home, and said he would just take me to the book store this weekend. We came home and I put our son to bed read a few chapters in Eclipse and my husband was still in the office watching Southpark so I went to sleep.

It was sweet he did a good job.

Very romantic! We're not big Valentine's Day people, but we did manage to get away this past weekend (sans kids!) to go cross country skiing up in the White Mountains. We stayed at a beautiful hotel, and had a very relaxing time - nice to wake up in the morning & not have to worry about anything but coffee & breakfast!

Very cool Courtney! I have never seen snow! I would love to some day. Glad you had a good relaxing weekend!
