Good point! I don't think I would be paying much attention to his hands at first (handshake), and if he had to put them on me later, I wouldn't care WHAT temperature they were! I would just be glad he was touching me I think

If I were his patient, I would chalk it up to the temperature that hospitals keep their A/C at. Everyone always is cold in there.
Thinking about it now, most doctors I've seen in my life had cool hands. Maybe they were more than they appeared to be. Hmm....

I always thought he mostly wore those surgical gloves. You would still feel the coldness but not notice that much because he is wearing those gloves. But you're right - dr's hands are always cold.
