I love what is in my signature line. I just think its hilarious that Bella is furiously trying to undress and Edward has to scold her like a child. I can hear him patiently sigh.
"Bella," he murmured, his voice warm and velvet. "Would you please stop tryng to take your clothes off?"
"Do you want to do that part?" I asked, confused.
 Just too funny!

I have to say that this is my favorite book in the whole series..
This book I can read over and over again and still catch things that I missed or looked at differently.

OOOOO, my favorite part:
When Bella punches Jacob and he and Edward have confrontation at the Swan's house.
Edward: "She is mine."
and then when Jacob says "May the best man win."
Edward: "That sounds about right, pup."
AH, I love it! Their interactions are classic throughout the book. And I agree with Ellen (as usual  ) that Eclipse is my fav of the series, tied with Twilight of course.

I can't believe that my favorite part of the book hasn't made it's way into this thread yet... hehe
pg 337:

That's the leads up to probably my most favorite exchange in the entire book because I can picture it so vividly in my head.

There are many MANY wonderful passages in the book (I actually think that Eclipse may be my favorite of the 4 at this moment), but that scene... Emmett blinking and then busting a gut just kills me every time I 'see' it in my head.

Oh, I love reading these, even though I just revamped this book this week! I have to say that the first time around, I missed the line where Bella said "They'll be so bored, they'll have to kill me themselves" but I bust up laughing this time around! Maybe it wasn't as funny the first time with all the suspense.
And I do love all the "pup", "dog" and "mongrel" quips, mostly because the whole Jacob love triangle bugs me.

And also, I don't know the page #, but when Edward goes: "If we bottled your luck, we'd have a weapon of mass destruction on our hands."
and of course, Bella "Let me see the damn ring, Edward."
