Maybe. It wouldn't be much of a life, though.

GREAT idea. With the popularity of the books, it would be an instant hit!

There was a show on Friday nights Moonlight that was a lot like this. A Vampire in love with a human and the human in love with the vampire. The dangers and the pain of how they were going to make it work. I was hooked...guess what CBS has decided to pull the show before we find out how Mick and Beth are going to make it work. BUMMER

I too was so disappointed when they cancelled Moonlight. I wonder if they'll bring it back after Twilight hits the big Screen - that would be so awesome. And if they do Twilight on TV - they'd have an awful lot of very happy people and the ratings would soar.

Rob would be great but what a long commitment that would be - and Elizabeth Reaser (Esme) is going to have her own TV show this fall (sorry, can't remember the name of it).

We can only hope!

I would love a weekly TV show but I would prefer it on cable usually the quality is better. I think if they follow the books, it could easily go on for a few years. Oh, I can only dream. *sigh*
