If I were to "fill in the blanks" after those trailing dots I would focus on what she says about dreams that "made more sense" than what she thought she was hearing.

What probably didn't fit for her was lying there in Jacob's arms, in a sleeping bag while Edward watched. Weird. What didn't make sense was Jacob and Edward openly speaking of their respective feelings for her while she lay there passively. What didn't make sense was being in a freezing tent, wind keening around outside waiting for a huge vampire/werewolf/other vampire showdown.

So what would make sense? Dreams of being in Edward's arms instead of Jacob's. Dreams of happy times in sunny meadows with Edward. Dreams of simple times next to campfires listening to native legends. And frankly probably any dreams would make more sense than this crazy situation in which they found themselves!!!!
