OK, I know I've been away for awhile, so.....There really IS going to be a Midnight Sun? That's a for sure? Last I heard that was an idea that SM was tossing around but didn't know if she would actually write it. That would really be a groundbreaker. Wow, to actually have two different books around the same scenerio but from different POV's! How cool is THAT!?!? Please say that it's true!!! And, does anyone know of an anticipated release date?

I love being able to tell fans about MS! Yes, SM is writing the book. She says that she only about half way done (you know how Edward thinks a whole lot.) She says that after the tours for BD then she will have more time to write it. But don't just take it from me, go to SM website and look under the Twilight Series and read it for yourself.

"i think though that edward's wariness of the quileutes and his care in dealing with them never went away even after all these years -- remember in the port angeles chapter (or right after it) when they were in the car and bella was telling him about the vampire legend that jacob told her at first beach? he became quite tense the moment he learned that it was a member of the quileute clan who told bella the legend. he was also tense in this scene in TW when he saw billy and jacob waiting at bella's porch at this one instance that he was brought her home from school. i'd love to read about what exactly was going on in edward's head in these instances in MS. especially in the car scene, when bella was already very close in unraveling who and what edward really is."
I agree, I'm pretty sure Edward was very aware of Jake's dad but I don't think Edward had any idea that Jake would turn. Remember in the same above scene when Edward told Bella to be cautious because the child (Jake) didn't know anything? Anyway, like you I really can't wait to get Edward's first thoughts on Jake and the Quileutes or Edward's thoughts on anything for that matter.
