I got this recipe from a friend and my family loves it. I told my in-laws how to cook it and my sister-in-law and her husband eat it at least every two weeks. It's really easy to make and quick.

Ingredients:
Chicken Breasts (however many you need to make for your family)
Ranch Dressing (enough for marinating)
Italian flavored bread crumbs

Directions:
Marinate the chicken breasts in a ziplock bag for at least half an hour with the ranch as the marinade. Then, take the chicken out and cover with the bread crumbs. Cook at 375 degrees Fahrenheit until chicken is done. Takes about 30 minutes.

Ha - I thought the exact same thing. My bf can't have any dairy - especially not Ranch or cheese and it seems as if most recipes that sound good to me is off limits. Sigh.

For those of you who can't use ranch, you could try Italian dressing or something like that instead. I haven't tried it that way, but it still sounds yummy.

Thanks for the recipe! I am pregnant and REALLY tired, so I'm desperately looking for dinners that require minimal effort. I will definitely give this a try--quite possibly tonight! :D

***EDIT: I did make this for dinner tonight! And it was ridiculously easy and super tasty--although I didn't have any bread crumbs, so I used crushed up french fried onions instead--YUMMERS! My kids loved it, so I imagine we'll be making it regularly--thanks for the recipe!

If you can't use ranch, there is a tangy bacon/tomato ranch that is amazing... I will have to try this recipe!
