Baked Garlic

I am so addicted to this lately! It is amazing on Kashi's party crackers, the italian breschetta flavor!!!!!!!! Oh My Edward! Glad he's not scared off by garlic!

Yeah, I know, thank goodness my DH had some too, or he might not kiss me. so we both have garlicky breath.

I made this for lunch the other day, and had extra left over. So, at dinner I diced it up and put it in the zuchinni I was making. SO GOOD! The roasted flavor is amazing! Im going to smash some up tomorrow and put it in mashed yukon gold potatoes that we're having with a pot roast. drool.... :shock:

Like I said before, I always make a bunch, usually I have one head of garlic, on bread or crackers, DH has one for him, and dd has one, then the rest of them I just wrap up and use in what ever I am cooking the next few days. And you know it's healthy!!
