i hope this isn't inappropriate for this board...if so, just pull it...

we've found out we're having a son and have no first name at all. our daughter's name is clara and it was a perfect pick, so almost anything that we come up with for the boy is like, so what. so i found this poll thing where you can put names out for people to vote on. lloyd is a family name, 95% non-negotiable. but what do you think about the rest?

and there are some twilight names on there intentionally! and i'll take suggestions...all my other cyberbuds love playing the name game, why would it be any different here? we're all cool moms.

thanks!

I like a lot of them! But not Andrew LLoyd - reminds me of Andrew Lloyd Weber, hehe. Poor kid might get teased in school! (nothing against Andrew Lloyd Weber might I add, it's just an ultra famous name which I personally would steer away from)

That's exactly what I thought too! I kept thinking "Andrew Lloyd? OMJ he might get picked on in school!" so I gave that one a thumbs down. Then again, how many school-age kins in 2016 would know Andrew Lloyd Webber?

Congratulations!! I'm a huge fan of not too common names myself. I really liked all the names, but my favorite Jacob on your list! :)

I pick Jacob too! We have 2, Isaac and Caleb... we almost named him Jacob, but a good friend had hers months before we were due and named hers Jacob... so we changed it! Maybe next time :)

i think what my thing is about his name....i think i want something that is uncommon but not unusual. i don't know. i saw rowan yesterday and thought, hmmm... dh's favs now are alexander and christian, and they are a'right, but not fall on the floor awesome.

i'm sad that jasper isn't so popular on my list. :-( i think emmett is doing better, but still not great.
