Ingredients:

6 heads of garlic
olive oil
seasonings ( your choice, I use Italian)

Slice the tops of the garlic heads and drizzle with olive oil and and seasonings.

Bake in a garlic baker or foil, covered for about an hour in a 400 degree oven.

When done you can sqeeze the garlic out of the cloves, and spread on crackers or bread.

Very yummy, and not a big garlicky taste, surprisingly enough.

Enjoy.

Which is why I make about six garlic heads. And i save any leftovers to toss into other dishes. I so love garlic too. but it is especially delicious right out of the oven and on warm bread.

Yum....I love roasted garlic. It's incredible in cream sauces too - you can make a really good white pizza sauce with it!

I bake the garlic when I am making homemade pesto. It really tastes great warm and spread on toasted french bread.

Also a great idea to grill. when we're done cooking and the grill is still going(charcoal)I love to put extra stuff in packets for later in the week. you can do the garlic in there too just put it to the side.
