When I read Rosalie's story, for some reason I loved the fact that she seeked revenge in the first place. And I loved the way she went about it, it was her way to trying to find closure for what happened. I'm curious to see how she reacts to Bella when (hopefully when, not if) she becomes a vampire, if she'll be jealous or not.

I totally agree. I also can understand her not wanting their blood in her body.

I think in BD we might see a new side of Rose. Once Bella is turned and she sees that there is nothing more she can do to stop it I think things will be fine. There will be adjusting, but I dont think Rosalie is all that bad.

One point though, we don't know exactly when Rosalie killed them. She could have easily waited a year or possibly two until she was under control. It would still be soon enough after that Royce would eventually catch on. I defintiely think she would have done it this way too, because she is so stubborn She would want to make sure she could do it her way. So she would first make sure she was definitely under control.

I didn't have a problem with this when I first read it, as I also assumed that Rose wouldn't want even a drop of their blood in her system. Finding out about Rosalie's past was one of the freakiest parts of the series for me. What had been done to her made my skin crawl and gave me a new appreciation for why she is the way she is. I gained an incredible sympathy for her character.
