Hi Everyone!

I am from the south shore of Long Island(East Islip). It is great to see to know you guys are out there. I know of a few other who love the book in this area but aren't obsessed like me(go figure!). Well its nice to meet you all.

Hi Ladies...Just a FYI to all local long islanders...Students at my daughters school who are part of the school buisness partnership program are planning an event...We would love for you to come an attend and show your support in helping us make this event as successful as possible... We are hoping(fingers x) we can get Stephenie Meyer to attend... So if you are interested or know someone who is please spread the word....See info below.. :D :D :D

Tribute to Twilight: Bella's Birthday" event set for Friday, September 12, 2008 to be held at the Islip Pavilion on Main Street in Islip, NY. (Yes, we know we are a day early.) The event is scheduled to include performances of submitted fanfiction, so we're looking for entries, and we're having a New Moon-style birthday party in celebration of Bella and Stephenie Meyer Day. Is anyone interested in attending or submitting fanfic?

Yes, I'll be at the BD concert(!) and I'm hoping to meet up with all the other TMs going! It'll be nice to be there and share the obsession. None of my friends have read the books, so I don't know if they'd understand the excitement/insanity if they came along :lol:
