MN movie premiere

Anyone up for a Movie premiere party in MN? I'm over in Marshall but we could plan something in Cities!!! Meet at a Restaurant/Bar then go to the premiere and then back to the bar after the movie to discuss!!!! Let me know what anyone thinks!!

I'm not sure but I'll look into it soon. I"m getting new windows this week! Here's hoping it doesn't snow so my house stays dry!!

Ok, Feeling silly, How far away is Marshall from like St. Paul? I know a theater in the Suburbs of the cities that ALWAYS does Midnight showings...ut I'm not to familiar with ones IN the actual cities! (Grew up about 45 minutes North of the Cities and now live across the river north east of St. Croix!) So I'd be about hour and a half away from "DOWNTOWN!

I'm up for anything! My Best friend PROMISED to take me to the movie for my christmas present as she is the one that got me "hooked" but I KNOW i could see it again and again! I've read the books over and over so I KNOW the movie won't be any different!

(do you already have/ are getting one of the TM shirts? I totally asked my hubby for one for Mothers Day! Sadly I'm 5 mo preggers so I'll be a little bit till I can wear it! *Sigh* Otherwise I do a little bit over creating with Photos on Purses and Shirts and stuff so I could ALWAYS make us something too! hehe! Be fun to wear the same thing to the Movie to get a rise outta the Young'uns! hehe!)

Nice name! LOL! Marshall is 3-3 1/2 hrs from the cities but I have family and friends up there so getting to a midnight showing wouldn't be a problem. By the time of the movie I will have a TM shirt. For the book signing at the mall I'm going to have a red "I'm a..Fanpire" shirt.
I know the Lakeville 18 usually has midnight showings. Apple Valley I'm sure does too. I'm willing to go to any theater.

Right now my Sis In Law and Best Friend are planning on going to the Midnight showing that will be playing at Mueller White Bear Theater. Others are CERTAINLY welcome to join us!!

I dare someone to call a theatre about midnight showings for a movie coming out in December!!

I'm all for meeting somewhere, too! But I might just go to Maple Grove. They have a huge theater thats always busy, and they are always doing special event stuff.

Any for Maple Grove?

Hi ladies! **waves hi to all the Minnesota TMs I know** I totally thought you were in the Central East group, but you're not .... which would be why I was really confused and couldn't find a thread for you awesome ladies.

I know Bluestem is going to contact some of you, but we are planning a pretty large and super awesome movie premiere party that we wanted to invite anyone who would be interested to attend. It is going to be in downtown Chicago on Friday, Nov. 21, and most everyone is taking mass transportation in. The plan is for dinner, the movie, and a sleep over in a really nice suite in one of the downtown hotels. We've got about 15 people so far and the cost for the room and ticket is just $20.00.

PM sunshine7322, bluestem, or myself if you would like some more information. And if we don't see you this time, we hope to see you sometime soon, even if it means all of us heading up your way. The rumor is that next summer our Chicagoland-WI group might be roadtripping it to MOA to hang out with you ladies!?!
