ROTF!!! TWO? Lauralee, you slay me. Your lunch "loss" gave me quite a good chuckle, too.

I just started revamping TW, I'm ready to renew the SASSIE grant!

BTW, I assume you've learned your lesson--never, ever to move away from a great hairdresser. The corollary to that rule is, if the great hairdresser herself moves away, you go with her.

Or I can bring my dull manicure scissors and cut it for you. See my sign? "Will work for Twilight stuff." What I really want is a Twilight tea cozy for my Cattitude ipot....

Of course two: proposal and deals off. Him comforting her in the tent gets me pretty hot, too, but I can control that one.

When I first moved, I would go back every six weeks for a cut. Then I met my hubby-to-be. He was so jealous he started making the trip with me. And, the two of them became such great friends, that he was going without me. Then we graduated, got jobs, had kids, --life you know. So we couldn't make the trip anymore. I would love to cut my hair short like yours, but hubby would just flip. He saw a picture of a cropped me at my parents and made me promise to never do that again.

Where is the human thread? I tried to find it today (I was having computer problems last night) and couldn't.

You mean Human/NonHuman? Uhhhh, I believe it can now be found in...Twilight Books General Discussion.

(We had to move a lot of things around over the weekend, it might not be your computer that's the reason you can't find things! LOL).

What surprised me about two showers was your fortitude! To survive both those particular encounters with Edward in a single day...you're like some kind of supergirl. Maybe you're a vampire and don't know it.

Ok, I am only a MONTH late reading all of this, however I WAS traveling for most of May. Shimmer, you are unbelievable. Gorgeous family and impeccable taste in literature, music, films, EVERYTHING. Depeche Mode is my favourite band of all time. I actually ::blushes:: have a DM tattoo.

Though I must disagree with one thing, I find you to be incredibly unique!

SANGUINA --Now you know you can't just drop and dash like that. Give over, do. Is it the band's initials? Dave Gahan's profile? Song lyrics? WHAT?! And more importantly, WHERE?

KRISTINLYNN --Love all those bands! Got 'em all on my MP3 player. Have you heard that the original lineup of Simple Minds is going into the studio for the first time in 27 years?? Yep, all five are reuniting!!

Bibliohile --You're the lovely one, Miss Even-More-Adorable-Than-Your-Avatar. And wasn't that a fun night? I didn't come down from that high for a whole week. As evidenced by the sheer lunacy of most of my posts during that time. (That, and the fact that I had just finished reading a book about a bipolar woman, and somehow her manic state became my own, but I doubt it would have happened if I hadn't gone to the signing).

Every awesome hair stylist I've become attached to moves out of state within a few years. Two have commuted back and forth, but eventually stopped. Perhaps this should be one of the things I discuss with my next stylist before I get attached.

The good news is that if anyone in Utah or Arizona needs a good stylist, I can recommend one.

Shimmerskin,

I finally get to comment on yourinterveiw! I knew you were special the second I read your fractured fairytales! When was that???? I while ago! Anyway, You are a brilliant woman, with such heart and generosity! We are honoured to have you as a member of this site, and to claim you as a friend! Thanks so much for doing this interview, so we can get to know you better! You have raised your sons to be the best kind of men out there, with the kinds of qualities that women want, plus they are incredible handsome! ;) Your hubby is one lucky man! I hope that everyone has a chance to get to know you bettter and reads some of your find insights on the Twilight series! You are so witty, I love your sense of humor!

Also, we have so much in common! A ton of the same music, and movies and books (obviously ;) ). Can't wait to see you again at the next

chocoholic --You can recommend good stylists in AZ and UT? Well, it's a bit of a drive from my house, but okay. I'll have to clear two days off my schedule to make that appointment....

KristinLynn --You have to tell me your whole playlist so I can make sure I'm not missing anything on mine! We hear through the same earphones, you and I

sarahpat --SO glad you stopped by! Pull up a recliner, lean your head back, listen to some cool 80's retro with us, and chat. And believe me, the honor is all mine...especially 'cause you let me kiss and cuddle Twilight Baby :)

Clarification: For those of you who live in AZ or UT... But that is really funny. Can you imagine? I did drive 45 minutes one-way to visit the one who came back from AZ to CA every other month. But that's where I draw the line on driving distance.

My mom is a hair stylist and she has customers who come out once a month (out of state) to get their hair done. Colorado, Arizona, and Nevada. It amazes me sometimes, i guess i take for granted that she's the only one who's ever done my hair. :)
