I went to school with a boy named Kole Black and a girl named Becky Butts. I worked with a woman whose husband wanted to name a son Justin Case. I had a friend whose sister thought it would be funny to name a girl Juna Bea Held.

There is a dentist up the road from me called Dr Payne! I would definitely see a shirnk called Dr Faustus, that is too funny.

I tutored a child named Highly Divine when I was in high school. He was the son of a preacher and the name totally fit, the child was the most well-behaved kid I've ever met!

I had classmates named Cinnamon Cheyenne & Sunshine Shockee. Yeah, they got made fun of Confused .

I see lots of interesting names in my current job: Tequila Miles, Budweiser Glass (there was a note on his acct saying that there is a copy of his birth certificate on file with the company and that was his legal name), Ocean Waters and my favorite: Honey Pinkowski (sounds like a stripper or a 1930s mob moll).

This is a fun thread!

I also went to school with a boy named Kole Black. Mine had a sister named Pepper Black, did yours? Maybe my Kole and your Kole were the same person....

At that school there was also a Josch Bosch...and a Conrad Conrad...and a pair of boy and girl siblings, Sunshine and Ocean, which was irritating because everyone knows Ocean is a boy's name.... Wink

Doctor names are the best. The gynecologist named Dr. Felter. The allergist Dr. Sneeds. I used to have a whole list that I'd added to over the years, but I don't remember what I did with it. I hope the names on it come back to me, some were hysterical.

Celebrity names can be fun, too. At my husband's work at one time there was a Bruce Springsteen, a Jerry Lewis, a Frank Zappa (the famous one's nephew), and a Bruce Li (pronounced Lee).

I work in pharmaceutical research. One of the things we do is use panels of MDs for consulting purposes.

This one time, we had a panel of OB/GYNs and, as God is my witness, one MD was named Harry Beaver.

This one still makes me giggle!

Budweiser Glass?!?!?!?! That is so wrong. I'm never telling my husband. He'll want to change his name to Miller Bottle. Mr. Green

My dad, his highschool friend had a daughter a while back and his (Mike is the guys name) last name is Wrapp. He wanted to name his daughter Sara Ann. Put it together and what does it spell....SaraAnnWrapp or saran rap. It is safe to say that Mikes wife quickly shot that one down.
