My friends and I went there in February of 2007 and LOVED IT!!! It is just so beautiful and serene and green!!
Heres some of our pics....
The Forks sign is a must stop photo op...
The Home of the Spartans....
And this was parked in the school parking lot!!
The Thriftway and the Outfitters....
Stopping to see Charlie..
Then Carlisle...
Then we headed out to La Push and First Beach. It is soo beautiful on the way over. We stopped and checked out the forest...
Just the 3 of us!!
First Beach - woooo!!
My daughter hiding in a little driftwood shelter...
We took a side road and found this huge field. We always thought it would be perfect for the baseball game scene in the movie.....
Time to head back to Port Angeles and have some dinner. Where else could we possibly have eaten??????? 
Uh huh - oh yeah!! The food was delish. No Mushroom Ravioli though..sad.....
And we also stopped at this gorgeous site - Crescent Lake!!
Hope you LOVED our trip!!!

Thanks, we really had a blast. We only got to hang out there for the day in Forks. Everywhere we went there were not a lot of people who knew about the books that we talked to, no Twilight signs in the store windows, no Bella Burger (that I remember anyway....). Im glad thats changed!!!
Next time we go (and we will go again!!) it will be more of the Twilight Fan experience it seems. Im glad that we got to experience it without all the hype as well.

Haha Nahe!! "Only the good pics".... Yup, the rest can be seen on my myspace...
It is very beautiful up there. My friends and I still have a room reserved for July from back when they were planning the "Lexiconvention". I can understand Forks worry about soo many people being there cause it is so small. Can you imagine all of us????  I feel for the residents!!!!
