I licked out because we out down there for vacation and the signing was at the end of our trip but I got tickets and I am coming I am so excited

I hope I get to win the award for travelling the farthest, Norwich, England, we'll see! haha My friend was able to get our tickets right at 10 a.m. I dunno where we will be yet, but I am super excited! Now to book plane tickets!

Anyone have an idea if we need to be early, or because its assigned seating will 7 be fine since it starts at 8? I'm curious how long we'll be there to get the book signed following. I am so excited to meet everyone!

Oooh....at The Host signing in San Diego, someone won an autographed t-shirt for travelling the farthest...they were from Australia!

I think that becuz it is assigned seating, you won't have to worry about arriving uber early.

Okay Cali mom's what time are you all planning to show up? My friend will be at work all day since she is taking the next day off to recover, just curious if you had plans to meet beforehand or anything.

I need some advice, ladies. I wasn't able to get online on the 21st, and at the time I was still waiting for my TM account to be activated. I got onto Ticketmaster randomly on June 23 (still wasn't activated here), and they had new seats available in the back of the orchestra... I had only searched for one ticket, thinking I would never get through, so I rushed back and search for two, and it came up "We're sorry..." So I rushed back and tried one again, and it went through fine. In a panic, not knowing how long it would take me to be able to talk to you here about buying someone's extra, I bought it. And I'm glad I did, because now I know that even if no one has an extra left, I can still get in.

However, I have been wrestling for the past few days with this dilemma: I would love to sit with a group of TMoms... but I would feel guilty selling my lonely ticket to someone else. It is in the orchestra, on the right, and Royce Hall is a well-built venue--a true concert hall, with almost-stadium seating, so you could still see and hear well (as long as the people in front of you are sitting down mostly). So maybe it would be okay to sell... or maybe I should just keep it, and meet up with you before or after the concert. (Add to this the complication that when I mentioned to my husband that I didn't ask him to go because I was pretty sure he wouldn't want to, and he said "Hmmm..." in a "Maybe I would go" sort of way... oh bother.)

So anyway... advise me! Are those of you with extra tickets updating your posts on the ticket thread with current numbers? Do you have enough left that I could get two? Thank you, you nice friends, for watching out for those of us who couldn't get the tickets ourselves!

Also, can we start a thread for IE carpoolers when the concert gets closer? If I'm sitting by myself, I still want to get together somehow.

She lives in West Hollywood and tells me I can get a bus where ever I may need to get, I can't believe it is like not much more than a month away!

Jinani - that's so great that your husband would be willing to go!! I do still have 2 tickets in the balcony...pm me if you're interested. And I wouldn't feel bad about selling one ticket. If someone buys it, they know what they are getting!!
